Mrs Chandra Somasuntharam
Mrs Chandra Somasuntharam is the
Managing Director and founder of Soma Solicitors. Having been admitted as an
attorney at law in Sri Lanka in 1985, she qualified as a solicitor in 1992 in
England and Wales and established Soma & Co Solicitors in 1998 as principal.
Thereafter Soma & Co Solicitors have changed legal entity to Soma Solicitors Limited in 2015, whereby Mrs Chandra Somasuntharam was appointed as Managing Director. She is the firms COLF and Anti Money Laundering officer. Mrs Chandra Somasuntharam has a vast legal experience in all matters conducted by the firm and thus supervises all departments accordingly. She enjoys cooking and travelling.
Mr Paramasamy Somasuntharam
Mr Paramasamy Somasuntharam completed his bachelor’s degree in 1997 and has been the practice manager at Soma Solicitors since 2001. He handles the firms accounts and management of the practice, whilst also being the firms COFA. Mr Somasuntharam is one of the founders and a trustee member of AEDU UK. AEDU UK is a charity devoted to the education and holistic development of orphans and other children traumatised and impoverished by the civil war. He is also a vegan and a keen traveller.
Mr Dinesh Somasuntharam
Dinesh qualified as a solicitor in September 2015. He specialises in matters regarding Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing and Family Law. He enjoys staying fit and travelling.
Mrs Jenani Prabahar
Jenani has been at Soma Solicitors since 2005 and deals with a variety of intricate immigration cases and advising clients in relation to such matters. She enjoys spending time with her family and is a big foodie.
Miss Nibiya Sebastiampillai
Nibiya recently completed her LPC & Masters in 2017. She assists with residential conveyancing and commercial property matters. She enjoys dancing and is a keen photographer.
Miss Renola Rajasegaram
Renola assists with a variety of tasks assisting the management and administration of the firm. She also enjoys spending her time socialising and shopping.
